Hello everyone.

I am starting up a serious team to play ranked 5's to practice, but also compete in online tournaments weekly.

We are going to compete in the Plat 1 -Gold V bracket.

REQUIREMENTS to make the squad:

Be the best you can be. We will be focused on WINNING tournaments, not just participate. That being said, commitment is key if we want to get there and don't expect to win our first tournament.

Dedication. This will mean showing up to scheduled practices and trying your best each and every game. This team is meant to grow TOGETHER and improve TOGETHER so if you aren't there you won't be part of the team.

Positive / Friendly attitude. DO NOT RAGE. I understand you may get frustrated but the moment you start getting too angry at your team is the moment the game is lost. Focus on objectives and even if they seem too big there have always been comebacks in this game as long as you are focused.

It is easy to be positive when ahead, from behind is where it counts

Players who communicate and can make the game enjoyable while focusing on winning when we are BEHIND are rare and that is the type of players that I want to be with us.

-How committed are you?: I can practice during my times available and would like to earn as much rp/have fun in tournaments as possible.

-Practice Hours Available?: mon/wed/fri= 530-9 pm sat sun=2/3pm-11pm est

-Why do you want to join this team?: I have been looking for a competitive team to play in tournaments with.

-Why should we pick you?: I am a pretty decent player and work well with team mates.

-What are your strengths as a player?: I am good in team fights, my positioning is good overall.

-What are your weaknesses?: Sometimes my laning is not as good as I would want it to be.

-Tell me a little about yourself: I have been playing league for 3.5 years, didn't play a lot of ranked until this season. I main adc and work well with most all supports.

-How committed are you?: I am ready to do what I must to get this new team to play to the best of their abilities.

-Practice Hours Available?: I'll be starting a new job in a couple of weeks, I will be available after 5:00 EST on week days and whenever on the weekends

-Why do you want to join this team?: I can already tell that you're headed in the right direction. You're not looking to smash the best 5 players you can get your hands on together and hope for the best. You're trying to build a team that actually works as a team, not 5 individual players.

-Why should we pick you?: I believe in all the same philosophies outlined in your original post. I have a deep love for the game, and helping other succeed.

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?: Absolutely.

-What are your strengths as a player?: As a player and coach (I'm a support main), vision/objective control are insanely important to me. The number of kills isn't that big of a deal, you can only win by taking out the nexus, so every move I make is towards that goal.

-What are your weaknesses?: To be honest, from a coaching standpoint I'd have to say my inexperience is the biggest weakness.

-Have you read the entire post?: Yes.

-Tell me a little about yourself: I'm competitive, always have been. I'm analytic, I will put in the time to break down players' and teams' profiles and previous games to find what will give us our best chance to win.

-Do you consider yourself a rager?: Nope

-How committed are you?: Free all summer expect for two weeks in July for moving for college.

-Are you available Fridays @7PM EST until Late?: Probably 95% of the time unless something important pops up.

-Practice Hours Available?: Free around 12 PM (When I wake up and eat lol)

-Why do you want to join this team?: Looking for a competetive team to play for, as my friends are usually busy/quitting league.

-Why should we pick you?: I've been playing since S2 and I have always been a competetive player striving to win.

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?: Yeah.

-What are your strengths as a player?: I considered myself as a great laner/teamfighter who farms pretty well and usually has a cs lead against my opponent.

-What are your weaknesses?: I probably die a little too much by going too ham into things without checking with the team and I could ward a few more teams pre game.

-Tell me a little about yourself: I'm a very competetive player looking to win. I have been playing since S2 and know the in and outs of the game. I have hit Plat twice on two accounts. (I'll give you more info on this.) I have always been a mostly postive person and can understand people's side of views and i'm person who can help carry games.

-IGN: GetJinxt -Age: 21 -Rank: P3 (peak P1) -Role: ADC -2nd Role (If any): Support/Mid/Top, I've been filling a lot lately and am fairly confident in every role but jungle.

-Do you consider yourself a rager?: No, but I do consider myself an emotional player. If people on the team are dicks or repeatedly make the same mistakes, I'm probably not going to be performing as well as I could be.

-How committed are you?: Pretty committed. I have nothing to do till school starts again in three months.

-Are you available Fridays @7PM EST until Late?: Yup.

-Practice Hours Available?: Open, given scheduling.

-Why do you want to join this team?: I've wanted to play on a ranked 5's team again for ages. I miss the camaraderie and feeling of having four people of a similar skill level that don't suck having your back.

-Why should we pick you?: I pick up new champions very quickly, have pretty good mechanics, and can make calls if necessary.

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?: I generally exceed any standard given to me. flexman

-What are your strengths as a player?: Team fighting/map awareness/macro game in general.

-What are your weaknesses?: Laning on some champs is kind of weak. Sometimes I go too ham when I'm expecting backup and don't get any.

-Have you read the entire post?: Yup.

-Tell me a little about yourself: FSU graduate, going to grad school in the fall for game design. I went to MSI which was cool since EDG's my favorite Chinese team. I once lived on the couch of a lesbian couple for three months, it was a thrill ride if I've ever seen one.
