Need A Manager/Organizer for a league ranked team.

So i have a league of legends team at the moment and i only have me and 2 other guys running it... i really need at least another person to help around as this will take the load off by a lot. (note this purely voluntary work, YOU WILL NOT BE PAID UNLESS THE TEAM GETS FUNDED OR EARNS MONEY IN ANYWAY)

one more thing i need to add before you apply for this position. This is a Low ELO team (Bronze- Silver) so now you know what you're getting in to. Don't let this discourage you from applying for this. We are fully committed to this team, Everyone is on all practices, We have a coach and already have one team organizer. We just need one more person to help with admin stuff to ease the workload.

What does a team manager/organizer do???

Well i'm glad you asked here are a few things you will be doing if you are accepted!

Knowing all the team members (primary and secondary teams) Talking with me and the other admins about events, practices, tournaments, etc. Able to make announcements and speak properly to a group of people well organized when working and get their tasked assigned to them done correctly and on time Non-Toxic, friendly & good work ethic Nice, you've made it to the bottom of this forms post! Congratulations! Now down to business... So yes this is all we really require to join the staff. this is purely volunteer work so yes we all want money but we just started. its going to be a while (or maybe not who knows) until we start earning some form of that, if/when it does then we will go into paying everyone involved.
