Serious Team Looking for Top and Jungle (Platinum+)

Hello, I am looking for individuals who are eager and passionate about playing in tournaments. I will be an analyst/coach/manager for the team. I am very serious in this matter and would like individuals to feel the same way. What I am looking for are commitment, listening to shot caller, and deep understanding of League of Legends. Please have sufficient knowledge in the game to qualify, meaning Gold 1+. Please post the following on the forum:

Rank: Role: What are your reasons for applying? How is your passion for LCS? How many days of the week are you available? What are champions that you feel comfortable playing ranked? (The more the better)

I will be using op.gg so don't list every champion for the lane. You should have acceptable stats that you feel comfortable for the champion you listed.
