Looking for team to join or create

Better to just create a club, gather a ton of people so that games can be played regardless of everyones' schedule.

I would, but typically I only really do normals (as then I can not try as hard). Shouldn't be too hard to find a group though, I know one of my bronze 4 friends found like 5 clubs that he rotated between, managing to climb to silver because of it.
