Gathering Silver/Gold players for ranked 5s!

I'm a player who's trying to put together a somewhat serious ranked team. This doesn't necessarily mean 3 hour practice sessions 4 days a week or something like that. I'm just looking for a team that I can skype/curse with and try to win. I will not accept any toxicity on this team however, as I feel that ruins the entire environment.
