LF Gold Team+/Dynamic Que Players

Ive played 6 years and have multiple accounts. Its always been pretty easy about 50-60 games and I would be plat 3ish on all my smurfs. Ive been experiment a bit with this new dynamic que and i have to say its extremely unfair. There will be matches i am 7-0-10 rest of my team is 2-12. This is a common thing. The games are very rarely close and I have so little control when alone vs 4 guys on vent together. My win ratio is 60% its not horrible but its noticeably harder to win games. Im thinking the only hope really is to look for Dynamic que players 3 or more. Im also open to playing on a team. I main Mid/Jungle/Top. If your interested or have a good group hit me up. I will pretty much win lane ever game.
