[The Jasmine Dragon] Recruiting to create an actively chatty club

Hello people, I want to create a community where people can talk and get to know each other. I'm going to do my best to try to keep it active, for example by doing custom match event. The Jasmine Dragon is a reference to my favourite show, Avatar:The last Airbender, which is a tea shop. In this case, The Jasmine Dragon on Runeterra can be a tea shop located in Ionia :p

Don't got one atm. Tbh I personally don't find they have much of a point and they don't look so nice either but if enough people want one I'll try to find one that isn't taken (which is really hard)
