Building 5s team looking for g1 and up

Hello I'm a diamond support and jungle main looking to build a team.

Essentially what I am looking for are players who want to be competitive but can listen to others. I intend to be leading pick/ban and do shot calling early and/or late game.

I am a very macro minded player. I intend to implement unique strategies for this team.

Applicants should be at least gold 1 and should have diverse champion pool in there respective role. i will be looking at your game averages and such. Cs, warding, etc are all very important beyond champ pool.
