Precision Esports recruiting for CompeteLeague
Hi, I am the Owner and current GM of Precision Esports. As of right now I Am openly hiring a staff to help me accomplish the necessary steps to running a top franchise in the booming competitive world of League of Legends. As far as the Staff goes right now I Am looking for Coaches, Analysts, and eventually someone to take over as GM of the League of Legends Team. As for players i am looking to build 4 rosters. 3 for CompeteLeague and the main team that will consist of Diamond, Masters, and Challenger players that will(hopefully) compete in the Challenger Series, Go4LoL Tournaments, and Various invitationals. The main team's coaching staff and players will have a steady salary. As for the lower 3 teams i cant guarantee a salary but there are multiple prizes that CompeteLeague has to offer if teams perform well.
Players I'm looking for: Being available is very good. Ultimately I am looking for players who can take criticism well and who have a winning attitude. Not respecting Your teammates or your coaching Staff won't get you benched it will get you completely replaced. The most important thing im looking for in a Player is to improve himself and his teammates. As for skill there are 3 teams that are open for competeLeague. The Bronze And Silver team( The league consist only of Bronze and Silver players) The Gold and plat team( all Gold and plat) and the Diamond+ Team. If you are interested in Joining any one of these teams you can post your IGN and your desired role each team is allowed 3 subs. Once I have a full roster of any team I will edit it into this post.
For Coaches and analysts: Genuinely Speaking it would be preferable if you had experience in Coaching or any type of leadership role. Although it is better to have experience that should not stop you if you don't. If you have the will to lead and know you can make a strong impact to one of the teams then this is the right job for you. A little bit about me: I Have been playing LoL for 5 years and have grown tired of playing but love the business behind it all and want to get a piece of it . I currently have an associates Degree in Marketing Management.
