Silver IV (Mid Lane Main) Looking for solo/duo queue Partner.

Hey, Ghostnstuff here. Looking to find a potential duo queue for ranked. I main mid lane and have had wild success with new Cassiopeia. Though I main mid, I'm able to fill in any lane. I'm looking for someone who can do the same.

The ideal duo for me would have a preference to play disruption tanks, as I generally pack enough punch for most solo queue games. Someone who wards regardless of being support or not and has a wide general knowledge of the game (Why are you fighting that Sion passive? moments lol)... and understands that HARASSING your own team mates no matter how poorly they play is counter productive. Speaking english is also kind of mandatory, sorry I'm not bilingual. Mostly someone who has a good amount of time to develop some synergy and last but not least skype.
