Looking for Serious Ranked players to Climb with

Looking for some players to play ranked with while communicating through curse,discord,or Skype. I am more on the serious side, and love to talk strats/in game focus communication while still somewhat joking around. I tend to talk a lot about builds/ideas/state of the game.
