Looking for Ranked 5's team Gold 4 Top/Jg main!

I am currently looking for a team for 5v5 ranked i would talk more but i rather let me game knowledge and skills show you then just talking about it! I am also a Graves main with the odd side to play other champs just as well! I mostly solo que all the time rather then duo+ for reason's!
