Looking for a team that plays regularly maybe even to make a 5 man ranked!

I like to consider myself a good top and ADC... I'm looking to fill for a 5 man team. I want to get into a 5man team so that i can get better on my own game and maybe meet some people to get me there...So if your looking for a guy that likes to listen to constructive criticism and react accordingly please let me know. we can always do some try outs i don't mind, especially if it teaches me how to get better.
