Looking for plat 4-diamond 4 players to form ranked 5's for semi serious

Basically as the title says, looking for ONLY plat 4-diamond 4 , very strict on this because don't want the players to bee too much on a different page, will cause aggression in the team if an obvious mistake is made.

Currently i am plat 4 jungle main, peaked at diamond promo's and slowly working my way back up because i'm a silly goose.

Looking for anyone committed to the game/time to just grind out a shit ton of ranked 5's with a fun group of people hopefully.

Progression on the team will be taken seriously after the game, like review n shit. During the game would like to keep a high moral/ fun atmosphere.

Need a good microphone or one with little to no background noise, must be able to communicate actively and voice opinions after the game without fear of judgement or getting upset. must be able to accept constructive criticism.
