Looking for a Gaming Community that aspires to get better at the game

Hi, my name is Reborne. I am looking for a gaming community that aspires to be better at the game, that is more than just a social place for people to have "fun" because for me and the people in my ideal community playing seriously is what is fun.

I am currently plat 5 with a 63% winrate and with a lot of ranked 5s experience. I want to know if this community exists before I try to actually create it myself. I've been in 5+ communities and while their propensity to coddle and stagnate is good for new players it brings about a non-competitive environment which is contrary to what I want.

While having 5s would be a bonus, its not necessary, I just want a community of like-minded people who want to get better at the game and take the game seriously.
