Looking for support

I'm a decent adc main who is currently ranked bronze 2 but play among the level of my gold friends. I have an extensive knowledge of the game and positioning but lately every single game I play I get put with a support who I could only describe as blind. It's difficult to raise my elo when ever support play I get placed with preforms at a wood five level. Help me pls. Good supports where you guys at.
