Serious Plat ranked team in search of a manager

Hey guys, I'm Shankdank and I'm the adc for our ranked team. So basically the title says it all, we're looking for a manager for our team. Some basic things we require from our manager is the following:

• Skype
• Some form of experience(whether it be playing or managing)
• Plat+(Exceptions can be made)
• Willingness to search for tournaments, sponsorship, etc.
