[NA][Team XCel][LF (Mid;Top)][Ranked 5's Team]

Hello I am Hinting the owner/founder of Team XCel. We are a new team that want to take League of Legends bit more serious outside of the Ranked Solo/Due que games. Team XCel will be a semi-serious team that will look to change and reform into a serious team if everything goes well. Our plans are to do amateur tournaments and work in a team environment.
