4 Seasons of mostly Shaco and you're still Silver, not to be a dick but it may be time to play something you can carry the game with better. Champ like that and from what else I'm seeing, you rely on other people to carry the game for you and only looking for a partner to do that as well.
no i carry games, you're wrong. i am going to make it to gold partner or not. i have been a silver player for the past three seasons that is true, but i am now good enough to move up this season. im not sure what exactly you're seeing. im doing good as shaco this season

I see a guy that on his 4th season has a -.500 WR and barely a +.500 on a champ you're pretty much a one trick on. If you were good enough with your carries to get to gold you would have done it by now.
