LF Dedicated Players Who Want to Improve

Looking for a duo/trio, or even a team of guys/gals who want to take their game to another level next season. I started in Season 6 and started getting pretty good by the end. My goal is to hit diamond+ by end of next season.

Looking for

1. Players who don't play "just for fun" -obviously we'll still have fun, but we won't jive if mistakes don't upset you, and you don't look for ways to improve
2. Use Discord for comm
3. Willing to watch occasional post-game video if a particular game had a pivotal moment/tf that we can learn from
4. Must have thick skin because improvement in a team environment it's crucial
5. Easily forgive teammates/others for being critical or having a bad game. We all have them and we all get frustrated, what's important is that you care about winning/improving yourself and your teammates.
6. I'm a mid main, so looking for Jungle and other roles. I can also play adc if a mid main fit the criteria above
