Need top laner for 5's plat + plz

We are a group of people who have been playing for awhile and recently we had to make roster changes due to irl issues. We need a top laner who wants to get better and can take and give criticism its a semi serious team practice 2-3 days a week and well be giving criticism and talking about games after every practice, if your dedicated and want to improve this is the team for you
