plat jg ( was diamond both season 6 & 5) looking for team

Hey so looking for a team to join but can't be on a team that practices every day ( i have a social life too) so more like 3-4 days of practice would be idea. Please message me here and let me know about your team and stuff(DO NO ADD ME ON LEAGUE) i will add if i want to join!. Thank you!
