Finding a decent support ( rakan would be great )

I am lvl 6 ( 5 , cause i dont have blue essence ) and i would like to find any decent support - mainly . I usually get troll supports or someone that would flame me for 1 mistake , so for once i would be happy with a normal one . EU Nordic and East . Edit : I cant say im bad on last hitting but Im not the best .

Hey, I'm only lvl three with Rakan, I guess...:D, but I'm support main (particularly with Thresh), I'm in Gold I right now, struggling for plat, I'm not that good with Rakan what you might expect, but I'm able to improve myself if I get some motivation...:) Basically I barely flame or blame anyone...
