Looking for a Silver ADC to grind to gold with

Thresh/Sona main, Bronze 1 (only because I couldn't carry the game alone when building support and getting trolled 3 of my 10 placements). Just need a good Silver that knows how to ward when my own are on CD, win trades in lane, and can CS well.
