Dragonic eSports LF Possible Manager, Coaches, and Graphics Artists

Hello Everyone I am the current Captain and Manager of the ranked team Dragonic eSports. We are a team of friends that has big goals for the game that is league of legends. We take this seriously and want big things from this. The point in this discussion is to promote the team as well as possibly find people who enjoy League of Legends but enjoy coaching people, analyzing matches, and making graphics for the team. Coaches should be at least Diamond 5 or above but in some instances I will consider platinum 1 players interested in coaching and analyzing. As a team we want to do weekly tournaments and possibly find random events to promote the team as well as gain experience and being the mid lane for the team as well as the current manager it is quite difficult to deal with playing and trying to find events for the team. I am willing to give up the management of the team to someone I feel is qualified for the position and would help the team grow all together. A manager would need to deal with finding scrims for our team since sometimes ranked isn't enough practice, find tournaments or events and deal with registration of the team in the tournaments or events, as well as make sure people follow the schedule as well as make the schedule for the team. I am also looking for people interested in being a graphic designer for the team since a few of the members have expressed ideas about a team logo and possibly backgrounds for our computers as well as streaming.
