Players for NonRanked Team

My name is Max and I am looking to get together a team of lower level players. I am currently a level 14. So I would like to find some other players that are either my level or within the same level range.

Basically what I am to do is to find a team to play with and to get better as a team. So if you are fairly new, that won't be a big deal. I want to make a team and grow together as one. So to play together, have fun but to help each other and give one another tips.

I am still fairly new to League, but I still for the most part know how to play. I usually go ADC. But I also use . But I am also trying out more ADCs to make my pool bigger.

So my goals by having a team are as follows:

1. • Level up to 30
2. • Make friends with my team
3. • Play on a regular basis with my team
4. • Get better working with my team
5. • Learn from each other's strengths/weaknesses
6. • Get into ranked with my team

And eventually if it ever became possible, I'd like to compete with my team. That is my end goal, which is a long ways away right now.
