RECRUITING FOR COMPETITIVE RANKED 5'S (Need Team Players,GFX Designers,Website Manager,Team Coach)

My name is Jacob Hale and competitive gaming has been an interest of mine for a long time. I've come to a point where solo queue is fun, but after getting a taste of ranked 5's it just doesn't compare. I made the decision with one other friend to form a serious ranked team together. Our goal is simple, to improve individually and as a team, to grow together and climb the ranks to the top. We hope to one day scrim against the pros of NA and to qualify for the 2016 NA Challenger series. We are only looking to recruit serious, dedicated, competitive, friendly players. If you're not serious about going pro and going for a long shot of making it into the LCS then this isn't the team for you.

I will be playing mid lane and my friend will be playing AD Carry. As the team captain I have a play book of strategies and strict team compositions. -Pictures of some of our scores together as proof that we are serious can be seen here-

Requirements:

1. Gold or higher solo queue rank
2. Availability to practice with the team at least 3-4 nights a week, in the evening PST - EST
3. Availability to play a minimum of 20 games a week (5 or more games each practice night)
4. Skype or Curse Voice for communication
5. Decent mic, no background noise, echoing, static feedback
6. Willing to listen to the team captain's and/or coach's pick requests and willing to adapt play style to fit team strategies
7. Must not argue, rage, troll, or flame your team mates or the enemy team's players
8. Willing to change your summoner name to "HQ (your desired tag here)" after a 4 week period, to decide if you're going to stick with the team (Name change will be paid for by team management, only if you cannot afford the name change.)
9. At least 4 rune pages and diverse runes for every possible match up is a must, although there is no set amount of rune pages you need, more is better
10. Fluent English speaking only, as communication is key to victory. We don't care if English isn't your first language as long as you speak properly and we can understand you
11. Two or more years of experience in League of Legends, Sorry but game knowledge isn't something that forms over night and we just don't want players trying to learn every aspect of the game while trying to climb, we want players who already have extensive game knowledge

• Graphics Designer (Logos, Banners, Twitch Channel Panels, Team Clothing) (shirts, hoodies, and jackets)
• Website Manager
• Team Coach (Must be ranked Masters or Challenger, Played since season 1 or earlier, and have previous coaching experience with reference)
• Sponsors (Anyone willing to pay for team expenses such as equipment, team shirts, website costs, name changes etc)
