LF ADC AND MID LANE

I am currently looking for people to play the following roles on a ranked 5s team. We have an adc and a mid but they tend to run usless chatter through the skype call so we are looking at possible replacements. WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CURRENT RANK ALL WE ARE LOOKING FOR IS PEOPLE WILLING TO LISTEN, TAKE CRITISISM, AND WANTING TO IMPROVE AS A TEAM.

We play weeknights at 11PM central.
