Plat V Top Laner Looking for Serious/Dedicated Ranked team

I've been playing League since the beginning of Season 3 so I have a couple years of experience under my belt. I strive to improve myself but solo queue has been making that somewhat difficult to do especially with the summer vacation kids trolling, whining and afk'ing. It has taken a beating on my w/l ratio and I want to join a team so that I have consistent team members where we could provide criticism to one another so we all improve. I would like for this team to be either high gold or platinum rank.

I work best in the top lane, particularly with tanks. My best top lane champions are Shen, Swain, Zac, Garen, Cho'gath, Pantheon, Vladimir and Quinn.
