Becoming Pro

Essentially if I'm Rank #365 (NA) - Diana' what rank would someone consider to be pro in your opinion ? ( Link: (https://www.leagueofgraphs.com/summoner/performance/diana/na/mxlviii) )

Also, I'm ranked Silver 2 flex, and am looking for a team. I main mid, and can play other champs aside from Diana such as Karma, and cass mid lane.
