One Does Not Simply Make a 3 or Even 5 Person Team

Hello League Community, I know this may be just an amateur looking for friends but how hard does it have to be to make a team which can play together semi-regularly? I've attempted since Season 1, my original account gone from hacking years ago, and I have never been able to put together a team that can play together at the same time. I have very few real life friends who play League and even fewer online League friends. I just want to feel part of something bigger in the League community and I don't care if it's a team that goes 100-0-0 or 0-100-0. I'd prefer to be with a winning team but at my skill level I'm happy with just anything. There should be a system to match up similarly skilled players looking for teams searching to recruit players and allow for the League community to reach out for those who are lone wolves like myself. If you're a team just looking for a benchwarmer or an extra guy, I'm here. I can usually play weekends and sometimes during the week. If anyone is out there and has any thoughts, please comment and share your ideas with me, all feedback is appreciated.
