Tryouts begin for tryhards (Top, jungle, mid, support) Gold only

Hey community, im starting a team for the new clash system that begins on Jan 13th ( i believe) I composing a list of compositions for our team once i have everyone's main champs on list. Requirements*** Practices will be evenings and weekends, Must show up however we will understand if something comes up.(3-4 days a week) Must be 20+ years of age Must be GOLD Must know a good wide knowledge of the game. For example: How to wave control. When to push and reset lanes. When to go for dragon or baron.
Must not have a negative or arrogant attitude. Must be able to take structural criticism without taken offence to it, we all are trying to get better. Must have at LEAST 3 main champs for your role so we can create more than one composition. Must have Mic (using discord but could change to teamspeak)

A little about myself. Im 32 years old, been playing league just after beta, before rank even started.
My main got banned so im using this account.
I main ADC but play all roles exceptional. I will be creating strategies for clash to make this fun and interesting, for example: Early game comp, kill and destroy fast. Late game comp: Poke comp and splitting comp. My Adcs Are, Twitch, Draven, Ashe, Jhin, Ezreal, Vayne, Lucian and Sivir
