Ex Gold 1 Now Silver 2 Looking for Support Duo (Read)

Alright, I reached Gold 1 at the end of last season and failed to reach plat, which really upset me. I left League for about four months and came back late last month. I played a lot of normals before going into Ranked, played my ten provisionals, and placed Silver 2. It came as kind of a shocker to me and while I spent most of last season feeling like I had improved dramatically, I'm realizing that I really haven't. I have decent mechanics and decent decision making, but I just am not playing at a level that I'm satisfied with and am not able to carry games right now. I do think I am playing at around a Gold 5-Gold 3ish mechanical level, however, when I get there I don't want to plateau.

That said, I am looking for a support main with a similar mindset. I have not mained ADC since Season 3 so I am going to need to work on my mechanics again, but I was really good at ADC when I played it. My laning phase tends to be more farm oriented and I prefer not to all in unless I am certain we will win the trade. As we gain more synergy this will be a lot more obvious and easier to judge. I'd like to play normals before we go into Ranked because, like I said, I need to work on my mechanics more and I'm not planning to stop at gold. Last season I mained Support and that is what brought me from Bronze 5 to Gold 1, so I do have a lot of bot lane knowledge already. I know how to control minions waves, I know how to trade, and I know how to kite.

So, after all of that, here's what I'd really like in a support:

• Just because I want to be more farm oriented does not mean I do not like aggressive supports. Whether you play a more defensive style (pun intended and much overused) or an aggro style, I still want to play with you. -Knows how to trade -Has voice chat -We will discuss bot lane shot calling because it's not as simple as just one of us shot calls, but you need to know how to initiate. -Have played a solid number of games as a support. -Basic bot lane knowledge (warding spots, when to get sweeper, how to help me farm under tower if I ask for it, etc.) -Would like to work to climb, not just wanting to climb.
