P3 Looking for Ranked Team

Hey, I'm looking to play some ranked 5s, have fun, and improve as a group. I can/will play any role, my only request is for the opportunity to play carry top laners (Yasuo, Fiora, Renekton, Darius etc.) if you're wanting me to play top. Otherwise, I'll put my primary champs in each role below. Keep in mind that I'm willing to be flexible with my champion pool in any role other than top.

IGN: georgejones Primary Champs Jungle: Top: (Sorry, will not play tanks every game in this meta :/) Mid: Support: ADC: (Easily my worst role, simply haven't practiced it nearly as much. Am willing to learn it, though)

Main preference is that everyone on the team has the appropriate mindset that we can improve as a group. No need for expectations that we're going to instantly be fantastic together. Communication takes awhile to develop.
