Gold Support Main LFG serious rank team

I am trying to find a serious rank team that I can move up the ladder with, I would prefer a team with some sort of voice communication. My main support champions are Shen, Blitz, Thesh, Morgana, Alistar and I am willing to try and learn others. I would prefer teammates around my skill level as well so we can rank up together without feeling like I am being carried or having to carry, and would like a team with a positive attitude.
