Manager/Schedule Planner Looking to help organize teams! Read all information please!

Hello, My name is Grabierz or Grab. I've been managing teams for about 4 years now. Ranging from CS:GO, League Of Legends and a Heroes of the Storm team. My job is to get those who need help with team structure. Meaning the scheduling (Believe me, lots of teams I have seen on here need some serious scheduling changes), Help with leaderships for the staff of the team, Fixing disputes a team might have (Player vs Player or Staff vs Player). Lots of teams I have reviewed in the past year or so, lack a well maintained management or the lack of team bonding. If you are interested and would like to know more of me and my past experiences. Please feel free to add me in game and we can go on from there. Thanks and hope to see you on the rift!
