Team Spicy Boys Looking for a coach

Team Spicy Boys is looking for a coach so we can improve as a team and to have a more serious feel to us. As for payment we can't offer that yet since there is no actual way to get funds to pay you accordingly until we see the team make some actual head way 1st. Payment will come once Team Spicy Boys gets more off the ground and we can actually start doing things that require more money etc, so we're looking for a free coach that will help us improve. We're trying to get into a high level competitive scene such as the challenger series and eventually hopefully the LCS. We have been doing flex queue to practice as a team and occasional scrims against teams when we can get the chance. My team has just formed since about a week and they're very eager to learn and get better as players.
