Starting a Ranked Team (Silver or higher)

Hey guys, I'm looking to start a ranked 5v5 and 3v3 team. I'm looking for people who aren't ragers, or flamers. Responsible and willing to work together in a positive way to reach the best end results. Availability: EST: Mon-Thurs after 11PM and can't play between 11PM-7AM Saturday night into Sunday morning. Everything else is free game.
