Looking for good player for premade to get out from bronze

So i am looking for some good NOT TOXIC player with brain to play premade to get out of bronze , i am solid good player best rank GOLD 5 , so this year i cant get out of bronze ,total brainless kids , all flame , they cant build champs , ward ...nothing ,. i am little mad because they trol my game , i never feed and i lose because they all play solo .
