D5 Support Main Looking for a team

My main strengths as a player would be my play making style and aggressive lane phase with a good understanding of macro and vision control. My weakness is i tend to play fairly aggressive, resulting in the lane being shoved and opening bot lane for 5 mans more often. My champ pool: Thresh,Nami,Rakan,Alistar,Leona.
