Look at the summoner's on his smurf. His summoners changed. Look at the actives on his smurf. The keys the actives are on changed. He clearly is playing on another account. Either he bought an account or a friend gave him the account, but there are distinctively 2 different people playing on the account. The person playing on the account now is the D5 player but the person playing on it before was more around a mid silver player.
