Need A Team for Ranked

Hello all, I'm 16, I am looking for a team to play ranked with I like to play really aggressive I take my chances. I'm from Scotland. I would say I'm a good player but I do get really annoyed at simple mistakes especially if it was preventable, I'm looking for a temporary team as I want to experience what its like to feel part of a team. I do NOT like carrying a team I want the players to be just as good as me so it's honest competition...
