Diamond adc looking for a serious team!!!

Looking for a team that would take it serious to the poke to grow as a team and get into tournaments i have had experience on other teams and knowing to take it where we have a little fun there and there but take it serious during practice and game time.Some of my info is that im 17 years old been playing since the end of season 3 adc main i do have mostly all voice chats and i can work around practice times.Contact me if you would like to know more or would like to try me out thank you.
