We are looking for a highly skilled ADC who is dedicated and plans to make an impact in the League of Legends scene. We have high expectations of our players and offer a positive environment to grow as a team member as well as management to gain sponsorship and keep the team and schedule in order.

The Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Resident of North America
  • Practice Schedule (Times are PST: Mon and Wed 8:00 - 11:00 PM, Tues and Thurs 7:30 - 11:30 PM)
  • Positive attitude (no ragers, no exceptions)
  • Able to communicate effectively with a mic using Skype or other VOIP methods
  • Ability to either shot call at a VERY high level or follow calls from our designated caller without hesitation or dispute
  • Capable of giving and taking criticism in a composed manner
  • A desire to put in the hard work with dedication and the proper direction and methodology necessary to succeed
  • Willingness to learn and play whatever champions are necessary to give the team the highest chance of success

You MUST be a minimum of DIAMOND or PLATINUM rating this Season. -We will be looking at your rating and past statistics as an initial gauge of skill to determine whether or not a tryout is worth the time. IGN: Syxoh **Age: **20 Timezone (Will you be able to make our times?): EST, and yes. Current/high ELO: Plat 5 atm, was Plat 1 in May then took break for school. Your top 3 ADCs and why: Lucain (I like his playstyle of having a lot of burst and still having consistent damage with autos. I also love the fact that he is strong in lane and can dominate a whole game if he has a huge lead over the other ad), Twitch ( I like twitches playstyle the most with beingable to pick people out of position with stealth or being the best teamfight ADC in the game for 7 seconds), Graves ( The thing I like most about graves is that he is jsut like lucian with a very lane dominate play style but I think he is better for teamfight comps and has more burst with his ult being more straightforward damage and not so much as over-time damage). Your view on the 3 most important aspects of a team: The first and most important thing I think that really makes a team excel is everyone getting along with each other. This is very important in my opinion because if everyone gets along then people will listen to one another more often and shotcalling becomes a lot easier for the shotcaller because if everyone is friends and not just teammates then people will listen and react without hesitation rather than just questioning them or not listening at all. The second thing is communication, just like everyone being friends, communication is very important to winning games. I think timing summoners and crucial spells like a thresh hook and letting your teammates know you can make a play is what wins most of the games. If you know you can go aggressive somewhere and don't let you teammates know, that affects the game more than anything cause you could have gotten a kill or pushed them out of lane to setup for a drag or another objective. The third aspect I think is the most important is everyone having a good attitude. This is a big thing for me because I don't care how good you are if there are 5 people on a team but only 4 think we can win, we aren't going to win. The game isn't over untiil the nexus blows up. I think a lot of people get too discouraged way too early in the game and it costs a lot of losses in soloq and ranked 5s. Being positive not only as an individual but as a team greatly increases your chances of winning, in my opinion. Why you should be on this team: I think I should be on this team because I am very active, play 8-12 hours most days, and want to improve better as a team player. I also want to get into the competitive scene for league and it is very hard while being Plat but I want a chance to prove my self and show how dedicated I am to this game and how badly I want to improve to get high elo. Your biggest weaknesses when it comes to the game: My biggest weaknesses are not knowing what to do in certain team comps and not knowing how to play against certain team comps. I think my laning skills are above average with a good support and team and my positioning is fine. But against certain comps I really struggle if not told what properly to do. Previous team experience / comments: I have been on a Diamond 4 team earlier this season and ADC'd for them but we disbanded the team due to issues inside the team. I also soloq in ranked 5 tourneys and have won a good amount. Other than that I have played for random plat and gold teams that didn't last longer than 2 weeks so I don't really consider those an experience.

IGN: Mcsonus Age: I am 18 Timezone (Will you be able to make our times?): Estearn Time zone;** Yes** i can make your schedule. Current/high ELO:Diamond Your top 3 ADCs and why: My Top 2 ADCs right now are** Caitlyn**, Lucian. As for the third I'd have few to many choices. Caitlyn is my best ADC because I have a good positioning when it comes to teamfight and I utilize her range fairly well making her my favorite pick. Lucian is my second best ADC because the champion conpensate ,by being really strong early, for my weaker laning phase. Your view on the 3 most important aspects of a team: I think one of the most important thing in a team should be Teamwork and all that revolve around it: Listening to one another, Cristicism acceptation, Doing what is best for the Team at all times. Following this idea i'd go with Friendship and Friendly atmosphere when it comes to the team. Not meaning we all sleep in the same bed but being friends with one another is key to a great teamwork (in games but also around the games) and an easier understanding of cristicisms; reducing possible flaming or unnecessary arguments. At last :** Ponctuality**. Basicaly being able to be on time with made schedules and be able to inform other members when ever one cannot be present at set time and date. Why you should be on this team: I currently have alot of free time to offer and it always have been, since I started playing league, my goal to be at the top. I want to make an impact in League of Legends. I am someone who works really hard for things to be as I want them and unfortunatly I did not have the chance to push myself up to where I wanted to be yet.Now that it is possible I want and will do anything that I can to be the best. I think having someone as motivated as I am on your team can help alot. Your biggest weaknesses when it comes to the game: Talking to much or not enough; I am pretty moody. It might be a bit of a challenge to take a slot in the communication of the team but there is nothing that cannot be overcome. Previous team experience / comments: The only team that I joined that lasted more than few weeks to a month had few internal problems due to management. We intented Go4Lol events for a couple months but nothing further that. As mentionned previously I havent got the chance to push myself deep into league of legends at once, but I always been playing here and there and watching either replays of my games or PRO's games. I can bring a great knowledge to a team.

Your top 3 ADCs and why:

  1. Caitlyn - Game-changing traps, ultimates and wall-jumps. Rarely stay caught in a team fight (if at all)

  2. Ashe - Game-changing arrows, kite and poke. Most people think ashe has a weak lane phase BUT THEY ARE WRONG!

  3. Jinx - I enjoy her passive, lane harass and ultimate sniping ability. She's also handy to help peel for mid-lane and other carries if I am not being harassed!

Your view on the 3 most important aspects of a team: Respect, Order and Attendance! It's like the Triforce of teamwork. Nobody can progress if any one of those is lackluster.

Why you should be on this team: I'm a level-headed individual who loves to collaborate. I don't have tons of ranked 5s experience but I'm like a block of clay. Help me get better! :)

Your biggest weaknesses when it comes to the game: Vocal communication!!! Riot spoiled me when they invented smart pings :O

Previous team experience / comments: Messed around with a few friends over the years, but nothing super-serious (most of the were rage-quitters and we only got 5 games in max).

IGN: Godfellow Age: 18 Timezone (Will you be able to make our times?): MST/PST yes Current/high ELO: Plat V/ Plat II Your top 3 ADCs and why: Lucian: I can put out damage throughout the entire game and my positioning is better than most with him. Draven: I can kite around anyone with Draven and I have yet to lose lane with him in Solo Queue (I realize this means little to nothing in ranked 5's but it's still impressive in my opinion) Tristana: My understanding of positioning and her weakness allows me to utilize her early and late game strengths excellently, however my mid game with Tristana is at best average. Your view on the 3 most important aspects of a team: Solitude in decision making ( 5 people following 1 bad call is better than 3 people following a great call) Different leaders for different decisions ( Although I respect 1 voice for everything It is much easier to make mistakes when one person is accountable for everything) Synergy, a team of 5 of the Diamonds who doesn't agree will lose to a team of 5 gold-platinum players who work well together. Why you should be on this team: I have been looking for a team that wants to take the game seriously and has a real schedule because I want to play with people as serious as I am. Your biggest weaknesses when it comes to the game: Decision making/Map awareness(not blind but could be called nearsighted) Previous team experience / comments: N/A
