Hello, My name is Lashes. I am the leader of DreamChasers. This is a new team destined for great things! Now this will be a team consisting of players that want a serious environment with scheduled practices, scrims and games during the week. We will have hours that we will get on and practice and go over certain aspects of our game. I have dreamed of having a team that will actually stick together and allow each other to grow throughout all of the struggles. Teams usually split up within a week or sometimes even after a single loss. I dont want this to happen. I want to lose and still be able to grow as a team and realize where we went on and get in there and switch things up if we need to.

1. This team is open to ALL RANKS (I will personally choose the best player available for each role)
2. We WILL EVENTUALLY need a Coach/Analyst (Spots are open)
3. If you join, you are pledging that you will show up to as many practices as possible.
4. We will have a serious environment but that does not mean we cant have fun with each other and enjoy the games we play.
5. We ONLY allow constructive criticism. Any type of severe toxic behavior will get you kicked out of our team.
6. Practices will be set up by everybody best availability. It will be flexible.

I know that joining a serious team and pledging to attend practice and get better is a serious thing, so i want it to be done in the best way possible. I want everybody to have a chance and i want everybody to grow as a team. If you are willing to take this chance and hop on board now, who knows where we will be in a season or two. We could be the next BIG THING(i hope haha).
