Looking for a team to get me out of Bronze

Hello, I am known has Zephyrus on Steam, and Djhero4x on League of Legends. I am looking for a team that can help me get out of Bronze, while having some fun on the side, it doesn't have to be REALLY serious. I am a Support/Jungle main, but I can fill any role with average skill, but Jungle and Support is where I shine the most, or at least is what I believe since I haven't really given good practice to other lanes/specific for that lane champions, enough for me to take them to ranked games, I love to carry since it doesn't get has boring has supporting, but supporting gets me wins and I don't feel pressured since I do not have such a huge role has ADC/Mid do. So, I am willing to play for fill and learn a champion that I can main to take me far up the ladder. Champs I know I am good at are: Blitzcrank Janna Leona ShacoShen Shyvana Sona Thresh Vi (Especially Janna). Maybe some others, but I am not so confident I would do good most of the time. Like: Caitlyn Ekko Katarina LeeSinMorgana Riven Talon TwistedFate Zed I am 18 yrs old. I prefer Mumble/Discord/Teamspeak for voice comms, or at least anything other than Skype since its a lag fest. My timezone is Pacific, I am currently available for most of the day and night. My Steam profile is linked to the post, since that is where I am online most of the time.

Any tips would be appreciated since I have a lot to improve on, but please, don't give me general tips like "Die less" cause that is just a given :3 (hehe xd) And also, what are some champions I would be able to solo carry? That aren't extremely hard to play (Like Leblanc is a huge NOPE) and support champs I can be a carry like Morgana

Tip #1: A team will not get you out of bronze faster or slower than you yourself. they will have as little knowledge of the game as you... Tip #2: from tip #1- learn the game more. know most if not all (to start) the champions moves, you dont have to know their cd's just what they do Tip #3: Focus on your mechanical skill. Dodging, landing skill shots, etc. Tip #4: Focus on objectives more than kills. A kill is nice but what will chasing a kill get you when the tower you're standing in front of is free for the taking Tip #5: Read the map more, no... not map awareness. Look at the map, if 3 are bot diving your bot lane and 2 are top, why run from mid to help either. Chances are they're already dead, or the fight is over. TAKE THE DAMN TOWER. Tip #6: Map awareness ^^ lol. seriously in bronze you don't even need wards (not saying dont use them, you do need them, just that junglers and others lanes are soo obvious) Tip #7: PROBABLY THE MOST IMPORTANT TIP IN YOUR ELO. FARM!!!!!!!!! don't just auto attack the minions. use you brain a little note how much dmg you can do * example: if you do 100 dmg to a minion don't auto attack it at 160 hp, auto attack it at less than 100 Tip #8: Generally speaking, freeze the wave if you are ahead and push the wave when they have backed Tip #9: don't talk with your teammates ping. you're in bronze... you and everyone else are wrong. Tip #10: you will lose games... get over it, even the pro's lose games...
