Gold 4 ADC/JG player LFT

I am looking for a team to play with that will not fall apart after provs. I have been playing mostly ADC for a year now and have had marginal success, i finish season 3 in bronze 1 and then finished s4 with gold 4 i am hoping to reach mid to high plat this season and find a team that can progress within itself and get to mid lvl elo and help each other grow as players in the game.
