Tempest Esports looking for Adc,Top, and Jung for a semi serious team Bronze-Gold

Hey there my name is MrSaintzz a co-owner of Tempest Esports, a new and upcoming semi serious league team. We are looking for a Adc, Top, Jung who is between bronze 2 and gold 2 . We will be having practices for the team between 6pm-10pm on 3 weekdays ( to be decided later) and from 5pm-12pm on Fridays and Saturdays playing dynamic que and once we get to working well as a team we will be joining tournaments and leagues where we can. We are looking for nontoxic players who are looking to grow as a player and as a team. I want to grow and learn, especially in terms of playing intentionally with other people. I'm happy with my mechanical ability, but I feel like I'm being held back by my inability to be the ideal team member.

Side note, I work full time mon-fri 8am-5pm PST. I may or may not be currently browsing the boards during down time.
