Need help to D5

Hi, I am currently trying to get to diamond before the season ends and right now I am platinum 5. My mmr is pretty low right now because I went on tilt then later stopped playing for a bit more than a month. I'm trying to get back into the swing of things, but of course the struggle is real. So what would be super helpful is if I had someone with a higher mmr preferably diamond to help me get to diamond. Many people won't do this so I am using the forums to hopefully reach out to someone that is willing to help. I want to mainly play Irelia until diamond. So normally top or jg is my thing.
