creating a competitive/serious team plat+

hi, im not the best captain but from what i saw, a lot of player are looking for teams but there aren't many teams to join so i decided to create a team with good/long term/dedicated player

the team will be plat+ have to be at least 16+ be willing to practice 2-3 times a week (practice can be around 6 pm est any night to 12 pm est/we'll see with everyone) practice will mainly be flex/scrim once the team is created and ready i plan on joining a plat league and some tournament

now here's what im looking for: i will be the adc i was diamond 5 last season and atm plat 3 in series for plat 2 mid: someone who plays mage, familiar and good with waves management, can roam bot top: someone who plays bruiser, familiar with waves management, can roam mid and use the tp well jungle: someone who plays bruiser/tank jungle like ww/j4 or ect, good map awareness and good at ganking (not ganking with usual bush but from behind ect. support: support choice can depend on matchup or adc pick free to chose/ good shotcaller / knows when to engage and disengage
